Topics may include discussion of any physical exercise, any tips or tricks you’ve found in keeping up your personal hygiene, stories of success and trials if you are a parent diagnosed with FA, questions about maintaining a career or jobs, and more. Also a place for those recently diagnosed to get advice from others.

    • About Our Forum
This forum serves as a place where anyone impacted by Friedreich’s Ataxia (FA) -- both patients and caregivers -- can share stories and life advice with one another. Often, living with a rare disorder like FA feels lonely. Facing troubles that seem unique to you causes isolation and loneliness. We seek to eliminate that by connecting people in the Friedreich’s Ataxia community to share their own stories, tips, successes, and troubles with one another in this forum by opening up a dialogue between those in the FA community!
