Morgan Talevich of Opelousas, Louisiana, was diagnosed with Friedreich’s ataxia (FA) at 6 years old, 29 years ago. She shares what would change in healthcare with boosted awareness about FA.

If there were more awareness of it, then doctors would know how to treat you and want to stay away from, and what you would need to continue to do to get better.
