Yes, I experience the same. For outside, I use the Trionic rollator, 12er. It’s very stable and can manage all types of surfaces (uneven, trail, rocks, holes, sand, even snow). It really improves my autonomy and freedom.

I drive sincère my 16 years ils. La st september 2019, at the age of 50, I stopped driving because my foot doesn’t go enough fast to break and sometimes having difficulty reaching the break. Than I have started a long process to be able driving with my hands (courses, practice exam, getting new driver license and last May, my car got the adaptation to be able driving only with my hands. I am quite proud to have persevered, it is really worth and I appreciate it, furthermore as a single mother.

Hi Frankie, Do you wear plantar orthosis? I do. That makes more complicated choosing a comfortable and stable pair of shoes. I like New Balance who offers deep wearing and widen size. Also Mikado shoes are great

Hi Frankie, Personally, I use the verb “welcome” instead of “accept” … meaning that FA is part of my life. But the acceptance at 100% is too big.

Dear Christina, I am experiencing the same as you. I founded out that stress and FA are not a good match. When I am getting too tired, or stressed, affecting my sleep, I stop everything and rest for at least 24 hours. Beside of this, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I incorporate a diary session of meditation (around 30 minutes). That helps me to keep peaceful and balance in my life.
