    It can be tricky finding a comfortable pair of shoes That’s also easy to put on.

    Personally, I prefer Chuck Taylors or Converse. They are flat and have a really good grip on the bottom.

    What have you found? What works for you and what do you prefer?

    I like wearing Vans with the extra support/cushion inside. I like them because they’re also flat and have a good grip on the bottom.

    Hi Frankie, Do you wear plantar orthosis? I do. That makes more complicated choosing a comfortable and stable pair of shoes. I like New Balance who offers deep wearing and widen size. Also Mikado shoes are great
