    When it come to working out in the gym, I have to take a pre-workout drink in order to get a quality workout. I know that it is different for every body, What works for you?

    Do you take any supplements? I take BCAAs for muscle growth and recovery. What about you?

    I use BCAAs, Tumeric Curcumin, and some times Fish oil capsules. BCAAs are the most important.

    Uh, what are BCAAs? I take a score of supplements daily (Omega, Magnesium, B-12, Vitamin E & D, Lutein, and CoQ10), but that’s new to me.

      Hello Egan. BCAA’s stands for “Branch-Chain Amino Acids.” I love their effects as someone who loves to workout.

    Ah cool! I mght just be adding another to my mix.

    I used to go to the gym back in college (years ago) and always took a protein bar after.

      Excellent! I feel you’ll really like it. I dropped protein bars and powders as I live a very Ketogenic lifestyle and consume a good amount of protein. Good luck!
