I take a multivitamin and biotin as well as my clinical trial medication. I also gave most of my nutrients from the super green powder I drink in the morning. What vitamins do you take? February 4, 2020 at 9:31 pm #15816 Christina CordaroParticipant I take multivitamin, B12 for energy and Vitamin E for the heart. I also take idebonone to help with FA symptoms. I avoid Vit C (read that it oxidizes iron, making it even harder for cells to expel) and Iron! FA is basically your cells going to rust, so no multi for me.
