Some people take a lot of vitamins and I know some people that don’t take any at all. I take a multivitamin and biotin as well as my clinical trial medication. I also gave most of my nutrients from the super green powder I drink in the morning.
What vitamins do you take?
I take multivitamin, B12 for energy and Vitamin E for the heart. I also take idebonone to help with FA symptoms.
B12, E, D, Lutein for the eyes, Omega 369, CoQ10, and magnesium and probiotic to stay regular.
I avoid Vit C (read that it oxidizes iron, making it even harder for cells to expel) and Iron!
FA is basically your cells going to rust, so no multi for me.
Vitamin E (for the heart)
