    As someone with FA, running and jumping are out of the question. FindingĀ  methods of cardio that you can adapt to a use functionally can be difficult. Especially during a time when the gyms are closed. What are some things you have don to keep your heart pumping?

     

    Here are some ways I found cardio that worked for me sitting in the chair or on the floor:

    Jumping jacks arm movement- 30-45 seconds

    Cross body grabs-30-45 seconds

    Crunches w/ legs on couch-30-45 seconds
