      With the overwhelming effects that lockdowns and coronavirus as well as everything going on in the world, it’s important for us to address mental health.

      depending where you live, the amount of independence you have and even if you have the ability to drive yourself, it can be difficult to sustain and show up to important appointments.

      One thing that I have found very helpful is using therapy apps on my phone. For instance, talk space is a great app. They take insurance, they even have couples counseling if needed, and ap itself is pretty accessible.

      Talk space is what I personally use but there is a wide Friday of different apps to choose from and I think it’s incredible for those of us who are disabled and have trouble getting to a specific office or place.

      How do you feel about the therapy overall? Would something like this be a convenience to you?
