For the past two months, I have been taking greens powder’s in the morning. It’s a bunch of vegetables, herbs as high antioxidant fruits that are dried and ground up into a powder. You add water and boom. You have your serving of vegetables and fruits/nutrients for the day.
You would expect the powder to have a weird taste but the ones that I have been taking are actually pleasant. I enjoy this in the morning and it has really helped with my digestion.
This could be a great alternative with people who have issues taking pills or just don’t like the taste of vegetables in general. will allow you to have your full supply of fruits and vegetables every day with.
