One of the things that I cannot get around when dealing with FA is a how often my muscles need to be stretched out.

I also realize that when I stretch and use my foam roller everyday , I don’t experience restless legs or leg cramps. I found out one of the easiest things to do is stretching your bed as soon as you wake up.

Has anyone tried this? Would anyone be interested in me going into further detail about the stretches?

I don’t think this is stretching, but I do lay on my back and pull my knees up to my chest. My legs are still numb until I am up about 5 minutes. Please post details about your stretches.

I give my toes and ankles a good stretch in the mornings and before I go to sleep. In the mornings in bed, I roll on to my stomach and push up on my elbows to give my back a good stretch.
