In the realm of assistive devices in figuring out which wheelchair works for you, a lot of time, money and resources always seem to get exhausted.

Some people prefer to use motorized wheelchairs as it makes being independent an actuality. Most of the time with a manual wheelchair, a person behind pushing is required but the equipment is lighter and easier to travel with.

For those of you that use a manual wheelchair, do you have any type of motor attached to the back? Do you have some thing like a smart drive? If so, can you please share your experience and if you would recommend the device?

For those of you that are curious about it in general, what are some of your main concern is using a motor?

I hope someone replies because I was trying to find a wheelchair that rolls better then what I have. Maybe not a motor, just wheels that move with a lighter touch.
