  • Sleep and rest

    Since fatigue is a huge part of dealing with FA, sleep and rest are essential.

    How often do you nap during the day? What does your average sleeping schedule look like?

    Usually, I fall asleep around 10/10:30 and I wake up around 5am. What about you?
