What does everyone do about dating? Are you single, in a relationship or married? How is FA impacted?

I am 58 years old and finally got diagnosed with Freidreichs Ataxia by 2 different neurologist 1 in Nashville Tn and the other in Chattanooga Tn plus Siskins Rehabilitation in Tn agrees with the diagnosis. I will be seeing a movement specialist in January 2022 hopefully sooner. I have asked for a DNA test but no response 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have had problems all my remembered life. In the sixties I am assuming that doctors didn’t know about this. My husband and I have been married for, next month, 37 years. I was 13 when we meet he was 15. Our mothers worked at the same place. He went in the marines after high school. He was the only relationship that lasted. The right one always does and it’s worth the time it takes. Their are always ups and downs even without a disease. We all are imperfect people disease or not, life is good and bad for everyone. This is 58 years talking and have patients and love with yourself, you are no different than anyone, love yourself and the one you love. Make sure you see the same in the one you love. This is a grandmothers advice on dating.
