      Most of us have a different morning routine. Depending on all of our abilities And where we are in our progression, getting up and ready for the day can be extremely difficult.

      People who talk about this usually lie or fabricate their actual activity is in the morning. The three things I have to make sure of, make my bed, coffee, and stretch. I go through start/stop cycles of drinking coffee or caffeine but that is for another post.

      I what are the things that you must do in the morning to get your day started?
