One of the biggest problems dealing with FA is the amount of discomfort and constant adaptations being made so you feel comfortable in your own spine.

Spinal fusion surgery is often common amongst the FA community as well. This can make it even tougher to get comfortable or find methods to work out without causing harm or discomfort due the rod.

With what I am learning in my lessons for becoming a personal trainer, working out and focusing on building a strong back is extremely important for anyone.

Having a strong back can I help you with so many different ranges of motion and equaling more comfortable transitions, helps with stability and overall comfort.

Do you have issues with your back? Have you gotten spinal fusion surgery?

Personally, I have not had the surgery and I have scoliosis mainly in my lower back.
