  Heading to the motherland: Ischia, Italy

  Happy Friday the 13th!

  I’ve been Italy for 2  weeks now and this place is magical. One of the biggest reasons we came to Italy is to visit the island my family is from, Ischia, Italy.

  My whole family is here, my mom, dad, brother, brothers girlfriend and my grandma. We have all traveled everywhere else BUT Italy. My grandma has come back multiple times but the rest of us haven’t seen it.

  Im feeling extremely anxious and nervous to meet my family. Has anyone else been in this situation? Do you have any stories about meeting some  of your family for the first time?
