Frequency of workouts and why it matters
Hey everyone, hope you are all having a great day. As I was at the gym earlier, I was thinking about how often others practice any form of physical activity.
One of the biggest things I learned from my neurologist at UCLA, Dr. Perlman, she said “if you don’t use it, you lose it.” Basically, if you don’t use a certain body part or try and strengthen it, then eventually you will no longer have as much control over that part of the body.
I try and hit the gym at least four days a week. The days that I don’t make it, I either use it as a rest day or are you simply do a work out at home.
How often do you exercise? If you don’t exercise, would you be interested in starting a workout regiment?
