      Personally, I’ve always been the type of person who says unrealistic expectations at the beginning of the year and then kick myself for not following through. For example, losing 40 pounds or something like that.

      While that is a great goal to have, I believe there are ways to achieve this by setting smaller goals. Instead of focusing on the number 40, we can shoot for a smaller increments. I want to lose 5 pounds this month or “I want to make it healthier choices with food “

      Your goals can be anything from “I want to be more consistent working out “I want to eat healthier” but we can always find ways and different paths to achieving what ever you set for yourself.

      What are some physical goals that you have made for this year if any?
