  • Finding motivation on hard days

    On a more serious note, I want to discuss what kind of things you do to pick yourself up, mentally. As cheesy and cliche as it is, reading those motivational quotes on IG (repeatedly) and looking at others being positive has truly helped. Memes, sports and humor take over my feed and it a healthy distraction.  I unfollowed a lot of pages that covered celebrity gossip and drama and pages that made me constantly compare myself to others. That helps me a bit, what about you?

    Great question. Recently I’ve been in a little funk but it doesn’t matter how big it is, at the end of the day it’s a funk. What I do and helps me is to lift others.
