FA forum is BACK!
Hello everyone! For those of you are new here, welcome! The two of us that usually ran the forums have been on a bit of hiatus. @christina-logan is our other moderator coming to you from Philadelphia so please make sure to reach out to either of us with any questions or concerns. Now we’re back and ready to get our forums going again!
My name is Frankie, Im 27 years old, live in California and was diagnosed with FA five years ago. I was diagnosed 1 year after graduating college(Arizona State University) so my career path was shaken up to say the least. Now, I am a rare disease and disability advocate, published FA columnist to raise awareness and focus on physical fitness with FA. Fitness and the human body are extremely interesting and I hope to become educated enough to start helping others within the FA community. I started a personal training program during quarantine so I can be certified personal trainer in order to help and gain experience.
