      One of the biggest things that I struggled with recently was my relationship with food. Over the past six months, I’ve lost 20 pounds because I really talk to myself how and what to eat. I was eating a lot of takeaways and food from restaurants. Even though it was easier To access and receive already made meals, I also realized how much weight I was gaining from that decision.

      The words diet or restrictions don’t help at all and I don’t think that’s beneficial in the long run for people who are trying to make a change.

      Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fish, unlimited fruits and vegetables, protein shakes and completely crossing out soda and alcohol completely changed my life. That’s the regimen I have been on since the beginning of this year and I feel awesome.

      What are some of the things that you eat daily? Do you also frequently get takeout?
