Working out in bed
Sometimes it can be difficult to get motivated to start working out. One of the things I have noticed is that I have more energy in the morning than I do later in the day. Lately I have been waking up and immediately doing some stretches and light workouts in bed.
It’s really easy on my joints and I feel like I am able to start the day. Have you ever worked out in bed? Would you want to learn more about it?
