  Winter Blues

  I’m a Southern girl, and honestly, the weather can be very unpredictable in the winter. I know that for many people, shorter days and less sunlight can start to take a toll mentally. As a caregiver, it can present many challenges. Going out is hard on our loved ones with FA, especially with Covid cases rising, but staying in can seem to make long days even longer. How do you handle the winter blues and what helps you fight through them?
