For me, my husband, Justin is the most understanding. He sees what I go through everyday, sees my slow progression turn for the worse and listens to me when I explain what I am feeling and experiencing. I know not everyone is going to fully understand or try to understand, but it can be hard and frustrating when you try to do this with other people. They may say they understand, but they may not.

Do you have someone close to you who fully understands the disease?

My caregiver knew me best but she is moving on so I pray I will find one just like her, after 7 years 😢 but I need to stay positive and keep looking, any suggestions where I could look, I am Canadian so my selection might be different then yours!
