What was your diagnosis journey like?
Everyone has their unique diagnosis journey and story to tell when they first hear the words, Friedreich’s Ataxia. For me, I started noticing symptoms at 17 years old, then was finally diagnosed at 21 years old. I was away from college, so it took 4 years and 4 different hospitals to get a diagnosis finally.
At what age did you start noticing symptoms and how did you receive your diagnosis?
