What anxiety and depression look like at night
Posted by Frankie Perazzola on April 18, 2019 at 9:24 pmI can relate to this entire video about anxiety and depression. Have you experienced any of the thoughts in this video from The Mighty?

Does anyone use or recommend something for overactive nerves, tried a lot of medications, THC gummies, nothing seems to work?

Nighttime can be the worst: mind racing, body wired, and nothing seems to calm it down. I’ve seen people try everything from meds to THC gummies too, and it really is hit or miss.
If you’re still looking for something that actually helps, you might want to check out these mamedica clinic reviews. It’s a medical cannabis clinic that works with people dealing with anxiety, sleep issues, chronic stress, that kind of thing.

Thank you for the information! I’m sure it will be beneficial to most of us here.
What works for you?

Honestly, low doses of cannabis have helped me the most, specifically smoking a calming strain in the evening when things get too wired. I pair that with winding-down habits like screen-free time and a hot shower. It’s not perfect, but it helps me settle enough to actually rest.
