Weather Change
I live in Philadelphia. Last week it was in the 20s and freezing. This week it’s in the 60s and rainy. My body has a harr time adjusting to weather change especially in these conditions.
Does anyone have any tips on how to manage this?

I travel solo in my wheelchair every winter (from the uk) i find the heat much more beneficial, pleasant and time saving plus, sun = vit d = happiness : ), swimming = aqua-therapy, good food, cheap living and indepence.
