      I’ve recently noticed that when I sit for long periods of time, my legs become stiff  and I’m in pain. I always have my cane by side to relieve the cane.

      Does anyone else experience this and how do you manage?

      This happens to me. It feels kind of like the protein in my muscle is breaking down too fast, which it probably is. So, I will take a hydrologized whey supplement. It works for me. I also do this before and after my morning workouts.
