      How is everyone’s physical health now that we are almost a year of the pandemic occurring and being in lockdown? For me, I have been exercising everyday on my stationary recumbent bike. However, I feel like my eating habits have been getting worse. I find myself “bored or stress eating” and I have definitely gained a few pounds.

      How has your physical health and eating habits been?

      I’ve been keeping up with my normal exercise routine, but I still feel like I’ve lost a lot of muscle/endurance – I guess I was getting a lot of exercise by going places out of my house.

      @friendlyneighborhoodataxian I feel that way too. Not having a set routine of waking up, taking public transportation to work and being out in public has made me lose endurance as well.
