  With different sections of my homestate (Pennsylvania) planning to go in the reopening phase soon, parks have been slowly opening to ease into this process. I have been reluctant because of COVID19, but now I think I am comfortable to go. The main reason I want to go is because the weather is getting nicer and I want to exercise with my recumbent trike.

  Has anyone else felt it is the right time to participate in outdoor recreational activities? What made you make the decision?
