• Midweek Meditation

    Remember to take time to breathe today.

    Meditation is a good exercise for everyone, especially for those of us with FA.

    Do you make time to meditate? If so, what do you do?

    I encourage anyone interesting in starting to download the app Headspace on their smartphones.

    @healing-fa, any other suggestions?

    I believe its not about midweek meditation (which may be a good start). Its about daily meditation. Taking time to breathe, focus, clear your mind, watch your thoughts, be grateful,…
    I do daily meditation since 3 years in the morning and it changed my perception on life completels. In my eyes meditation is the key for a conscious, reflected, happy, healthy life no matter of the outer circumstances. One can start with books about it to get an idea.
