  • How do you manage double vision if you have it?

Each and every day, I am discovering new instances where my FA Progression impacts my daily acts of living.

For instance, this past November, I learned I have double vision (diplopia) with my FA when I had my annual eye doctor appointment. Since then, I have had prisms in my lens now to correct the issue. What a difference!

Has anyone experienced this? How do you cope with this adjustment?

Double vision has been part of my life for quite awhile now. Prisms didn’t make any changes. How does one drive safe this way?  Eye nystagmus ( down beat) are another symptom of FA that I manage to live with. Between the two of them I have a lot of motion sickness. (FA is not for Sissy’s)

I never considered motion sickness being a factor of double vision, but it makes sense! I wish we didn’t have to experience this on top of everything else.
