
Some thing that I noticed with my body as well is that when the gyms closed and I stopped being active consistently, my body started to get weaker. I noticed I was losing control more over my hips and was falling due to inactivity of my legs.
I have consistently been working out for a little over three months, meaning I train three days a week for two hours each session. It has helped me tremendously.
