      Our family has had an unusual summer that started with traveling for baseball and then the unexpected passing of my husband. Unfortunately, this has caused our eating to be less than healthy for the most part. 

      As school starts back, it always seems like a good time to start some healthy habits. Some of my goals are to drink more water, get a 30-minute walk in a few times a week, and eat more fruits and vegetables. 

      What helps you to make healthier choices? Is it hard to get your family on board?
