Electric blankets
With frequent leg cramps and restless legs occurring recently, I have been looking for remedies to help my legs and I think I am finally narrowing the process down. Electric blankets have helped tremendously!
Because I live in Southern California, I never imagined I would need one but I recently went to a friends house and he had one and it made my legs feel better almost instantly.
Do you use an electric blanket? If so, do you recommend a specific brand or type?

I’m new to the forum and recently got my dx.
Has anyone ever tried a PEMF mat? I noticed immediate effects after a 20 minute session.
