    Parking privileges are available for those living with disabilities. They are eligible for a Persons with Disability Registration Plate or a permanent Persons with Disability Parking Placard. You can apply for either with your state’s driver and vehicle services.

    Applying for the placard is one of the best accommodations I ever applied for! Being able to park close to buildings helps save energy and fatigue.

    We got a placard for my son. In Alabama, where we live, it was cheaper and you could get 2. So helpful!

      That’s great you were able to get two! I wish Pennsylvania had the same law!

    I have a plate on the car I am usually in & a placard in my purse in case I go out with friends.
