      Whenever I take a break from working out hard and then restart, my body is in a constant state of soreness or about two weeks. This is definitely a big motivation for me to keep going so I don’t have to experience this pain ever again.

      Now that the gyms are opening back up and I have been doing some more challenging workouts, my muscles are completely wrecked. My usual treatment for muscle soreness is stretching and extra strength Tylenol.

      Do you have any remedies for muscle soreness? Did you experience this type of debilitating soreness after a workout?
