• Caffeine!

    Lets be honest, majority of us use caffeine to help us get through the day. Coffee, tea, energy drinks, pre workout etc

    I love my coffee and preworkout!

    What about you? What does your caffeine intake look like?

    I need 2-3 cups of coffee to make it through the day!

    At least three cups of coffee per day. The caffeine helps and the taste always brings good feelings.
