  Bionews Quality of Life Survey

  Many of you may have received an email from FA News about a survey that is currently being run. It is not only for those who live with rare diseases but for caregivers as well. If you are over 18 years of age, please take some time to do this survey about quality of life. It is estimated to take no longer than 15 minutes.
