Arnica for bruises
Every day, it seems like I wake up with a new bruise. A few years before I was diagnosed, I was introduced to arnica which is a topical ointment. Every time I see a new bruise, I slather it on and my bruises heal quicker than just leaving it. Does anyone else use arnica?

Arnica is my go to also. I love how it helps heal my bruises, cuts and sores quickly and for me painless.
