Anti-inflammatory diet
Has anyone tried or currently uses the anti inflammatory diet?
Based on my recent research, anti inflammatory seems to make the most sense as far as feeding disease.
Thoughts?

I’ve considered it, but for me, not getting enough calories is a real risk, so I decided it wasn’t a worthwhile experiment for me. I’d be interested to hear if anyone else has tried it, though.
