Morning routines and setting intentions
While we all have our own schedules and methods for getting up each morning, setting intentions for the day can be extremely beneficial to us all. It truly helps me feel better about starting the day. Intentions are personal to you and your specific life and can be whatever you want!
Here are some examples:
-“I will cross 2 things off my list of to do’s”
-“I intend to do by best today to achieve my goals”
-“I will rest today and listen to my body”
-“I will drink more water and make sure my body is hydrated”
