• Fatigue and FA

    Lately, I have been having difficulty sleeping due to stress and everything going on in today’s world. I wake up feeling extra fatigued and groggy in the morning that it also makes me feel nauseous and very weak.

    Does anyone else experience this? How do you manage fatigue?

    Dear Christina, I am experiencing the same as you. I founded out that stress and FA are not a good match. When I am getting too tired, or stressed, affecting my sleep, I stop everything and rest for at least 24 hours. Beside of this, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I incorporate a diary session of meditation (around 30 minutes). That helps me to keep peaceful and balance in my life.

    I keep some emergency caffeine next to my bed, in case I wake up too tired to get to the kitchen but still need to start my day.
