Numb limbs at night during sleep
Not sure how common this is but my arms and feet go numb at night very sporadically. To the point it wakes me up. I will be knocked out, sleeping and then I wake up because my arms are tingling and numb.
oes this happen to you? If yes, how often?

This happens to me whenever I do too much during the day and overwork my body. However, when I take CBD gummies, it helps me sleep throughout the night!
