Helpful Activities for FAers
Let’s make a list of activities we do (exercise or not) that we think helps maintain our FA progression. Maybe we can give others an idea.
I have 2 to share:
- Riding my two recumbent trike. One has foot pedals and one is a hand-cycle. I rotate which one I ride for about an hour, 5-7 days per week. I am not fast, and I don’t go far, but it’s nice to give my arms and legs an exercise they normally don’t get.
- One of my jobs at work is to manually record savings in a big book. My handwriting is awful, but it’s good to try to legibly write and add numbers in graph paper once a week!
