Here in Italy we have a difficult situation regarding architectural barriers … sometimes they are really bad. But usually (perhaps also because of this) restaurant managers are ready to help.

Yes, exactly the same. I felt this with anger and fear. Sometimes it blocks me, mainly from walk. if, for example, I get angry with people or find myself on rough ground. I have a harder time even talking.
