    One of the first things I did after being diagnosed was go to YouTube and search for Friedrich’s Ataxia. After being very disappointed and discouraged by the results I went into a phase of denial. I did not want to hear, see, or speak about my illness. After 4 years of living life feeling as if I was alone and isolated I decided to start my own YouTube channel about life with FA. My only goal was to help others navigate the treacherous waters that tag along with FA and show people they aren’t alone. Now that I have been growing my channel or almost a year now (that’s crazy) not only am I receiving messages daily from other saying I’ve encouraged them or given them hope, I have also seen myself grow in many ways as well!

    My goal will always be to spread hope!
