Who rides a recumbent trike?
Riding a recumbent trike is a great way to retain mobility and regain your independence while living with a rare disease, such as FA.
I have a Catrike Villager, and I love taking it out to ride in local parks and my neighborhood. I love the freedom it gives me when riding it because I don’t have to rely on my walking and balance, and I can just go.
