This week, my husband is going out of town for work. He is my primary caregiver and truly is my my right hand when it comes to needing assistance relating to FA. I am a little apprehensive and anxious to be without him. However, I know I have good neighbors, family and friends who are a phone call or car ride away. Do you have someone you completely rely on? What would you do in this situation if something were to happen and you needed to reach out to someone else?

I live with my parents and brother. When my parents go on holidays my brother and I work out a schedule for when he’s out and if I need extra help around the house and stuff, I’ll organise an extra support service.
