  Using a walker with good posture

  For those of you who use a walker, do you ever get concerned with your posture? Do you find yourself hunching over your walker?

  One of my friends with FA is staying with me and she also uses a walker. She ended up using mine for a bit and noticed a dramatic difference in her posture and how she was not leaning over at all!
